Mission VA269: Everything you need to know about the mission is now available

As the countdown continues, Arianespace has released the launch kit for its next Ariane 6 mission, VA269.

This mission will see Ariane 64, the most powerful version of Ariane 6, place 36 Amazon Leo satellites into low Earth orbit from Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana.

For flight VA269, Ariane 6 will be equipped with the first P160C-powered boosters, the enhanced evolution of the P120C-powered boosters (find out more here). With 36 satellites on board, this will establish a new record for an Ariane launcher: the heaviest payload ever placed into orbit by an Ariane.
