Arianespace Flight VA221: Ariane 5 ECA – DIRECTV-14 and GSAT-16; Launch postponed

Due to the unfavourable weather conditions (high altitude winds) over the launch pad in Kourou, French Guiana, it was decided to postpone the launch of Arianespace Flight 221. Flight 221 will place into geostationary transfer orbit the DIRECTV-14 and GSAT-16 telecommunications satellites.
