Arianespace revamps organization

Evry, April 15, 2004

Arianespace has revamped its organization, with effect from April 1st, 2004, as shown in the organization chart below. Jean-Marie LUTON is the Chairman of the Board.

The Executive Committee has not been changed. Its members are:

• Jean-Yves LE GALL, Chief Executive Officer
• Françoise BOUZITAT, General Secretary and Senior Vice-President, Finances
• Philippe BERTEROTTIÈRE, Senior Vice-President, Sales and Marketing
• Patrick BONGUET, Senior Vice-President, Programs

The following appointments have been made:
