Liftoff of Arianespace’s Ariane 5 with ViaSat-2 and EUTELSAT 172B

The Arianespace mission with ViaSat-2 and EUTELSAT 172B is now underway following Ariane 5’s liftoff from the Spaceport in French Guiana.

Total lift performance for today’s launch is estimated at 10,865 kg., with the two satellites to be deployed during a flight lasting nearly 42 minutes.
